I relunctantly go to the dentist (yes, Im "one of those, fear, phobias and just high anxiety"), however, I have found Knollwood dentist, Dr. Krause and his staff to be the most friendly, kind people -- always sincerely sensitive to my phobias and anxiety (which are many). Everyone from the Receptionist to the Dentist was helpful, considerate and respectful. Thank-you for helping and squeezing me in to deal with my pain.
Today was my 3 year old son's first trip to the dentist. He was so exited about his experience that he talked about it the rest of the day. Jen was patient and knew exactly what to do to distract him when he was starting to get restless. He was given a goody bag that he even brought to bed with him during his naptime when he got home. He is looking forward to his next visit. Thank you for taking sure amazing care of my family!
