Professional, caring and honest Fractured a tooth, I called and was seen that day. Even though the procedure took 2 house my comfort was always their main concern. Every part of the procedure was explained, from the sounds to the possible sensations. The best part of a dental visit is bidding them good day. However, the staff makes every moment there as pleasant as possible. I have and will continue recommending this medical facility.

I relunctantly go to the dentist (yes, Im "one of those, fear, phobias and just high anxiety"), however, I have found Knollwood dentist, Dr. Krause and his staff to be the most friendly, kind people -- always sincerely sensitive to my phobias and anxiety (which are many). They are extremely patient with me and never make me feel like I'm bothering them with my silly questions and need for constant reassurance.
