Disappointing customer service Can not trust what they say😒
Went in for recall work at the BMW shop and they broke my valve cover. There's a piece of plastic floating around my motor. People not taking responsibility for their mistakes then to add injury to insult the guy who broke it recommended $2600 valve cover service. Feeling pretty shady. Of course I call and the service manager is out for the day and so is his boss. This is getting old. I'm done with this place and their nonsense. They can have fun talking to my lawyer later.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. This company is the absolute worst. They lie and do terrible work. They messed up my car terribly and refused to fix the work.
