After many attempts at contact, did not answer phone. When dealer finally answered phone after a number of days of trying, seemed like a party going on in the back ground & representative could not answer my questions. Vehicle I was interested in seeing had many defects of which the dealer claimed he was unaware. All of this was excusable, but when I asked to have the car I was interested in fixed before purchase, the dealer never got back to me.

I gave them a one star because I couldn't go lower. Whether through incompetence or intentional action, this dealership cannot be trusted. While awaiting a phone call yesterday about financing on a vehicle I had agreed to buy, they sold it to someone else. Ok, I understand making a business decision. But, they spent the entire day today telling me that financing would be going through and I could pick up the vehicle today. Not "a vehicle", but "that vehicle".
