Initially they were helpful. Someone else took interest in the car I was looking at, and must have bought it, but I could NEVER get them to follow up or respond to what transpired. They never answered or returned my calls. It was odd and rude. Felt shady....I could have been interested in another one of their vehicles and they completely blew me off. Don't know why, our exchange had been pleasant until someone else took interest in that one vehicle.

Amy,Small family businesses usually have most upsides to it. The down side is that is hard to juggle so many customers that are interested in one vehicle that sometimes one falls through the cracks. There was only a verbal agreement by you over the phone. I'm in the business where everyone everyday tells me they are on their way to buy it. I'm sure you or others can see where I am coming from. Sorry the car sold before you could make it here.
