Hello, and welcome to Midwest Scooters. We are located at 5541 E. Washington St. in the Irvington area. We are one of the largest importers of scooters and atvs in the United States. We are dealer's for Longbow, Coolsters and Roketa. Unlike most other websites selling scooters, Midwest Scooters is also a brick and mortar operation.

I love Ashley she is the sweetest young lady and the gentleman that brought my sons scooter out was very patient and took time to explain everything to us I cannot thank them enough as we are so very pleased! I wish I could give them higher than 5 stars for a sweet attitude professionalism knowledge and the care and concern of the customer I will recommend them and purchase from them in the future!

If I could give 0 stars I would. They had us waiting for over an hour and they have already had our four wheeler for over 2 weeks...they have poor customer service and only care about the money.they don t care if you are satisfied. All they kept tellin us is that its almost ready and he be done in a minute.BOOOOO! I wouldn t recommend that place to anyone

Horrible, horrible service. They are snakes, charming in the beginning but when bike malfunctions, they accuse you of all error even when innocent. They overcharge & lie. And this is how they treat children and women! Just atrocious. They never admit fault and there is no customer service. They treat you like victims and criminals. Regret I ever stepped foot into that store!!!!!!

Everyone has always been nice to me at midwest, as for the scooters I love the sporty 50s, I had a 7 yr old midwest apollo that ran like brand new, but it got stolen. I just got one of there new sportys and its run great, had a fuse problem but other then that I love my scooter.
