Stay away from this business! Their rent to own program is a scam, in my experience. It’s a shame that local businesses seem to prey on the same people the say they are trying to help. Run away from this business!
Great Company and Landlord. Great houses and always respond if I have an issue. I would recommend them to anyone renting a house.

Great Company to work with! Very professional and always quick to do any repairs needed! They are always very helpful in the office as well.
Horrible company. This company has deceptive business practices. They prey on unknowing citizens who don't understand Indiana law. The have seemingly nice properties but the properties only look nice. These properties are are whitewashed to look nice but underneath are far from it. They rent for lower prices so when tenants move out they can remodel and charge the former tentant for the work. After all work is done and former tenant is billed, this company turns around and rents the property for a higher price.
I recently rented from Midwest Real Estate and absolutely loved it! They were very quick to fix anything that happened to break. I absolutely loved the property manager also. She was always super helpful.
My roommates and I had a terrible experience with Midwest Realty Muncie. We signed a lease for a house in 2012 and when we moved out they sent us an itemized list of things we "broke." The problem, though, is that the list included a dishwasher and we did NOT have a dishwasher in our house. We went to court with them, found out they pay off the Muncie judges and now owe over $700 each. NEVER RENT FROM THEM.
