I am mostly disappointed with the timeline and lack of promise and clean up courtesy. I am now spending more time and money to clean up dead spots in grass from the near 10 months (including winter) where brick and patio items sat while ***** kept on delaying my small project. It was simply a patio re-do, I did upgrade to add new brick and reused other in another area. All to which was not completed from Aug till June the following year!! RecommendedAllen came out within an hour of me contacting him to do the needed work (directing runoff water away from the house), and gave a very fair estimate for the work done based on what was visible. Work started within a few days. Unfortunately, the existing "drainage" that a previous owner had installed was literally just a pipe that went straight into the ground and did nothing (rather than drain water away as drains are meant to do), so this temporarily halted work. Excellent work! They pay close attention to detail, and when they do a job, it's done right! They installed drain tiles that eliminated standing water in our yard - an issue we'd been dealing with for years!
Super grateful for Allen Stubitsch and his crew. I posted on Sunday. He came Sunday to check it out. Started on Monday. Came back on Wednesday. And the job was done. Great work ethic. Very clean job. Affordable. Highly recommended. He also was very knowledgeable about the work and shared that knowledge with us to understand why it was happening and why he did what he did for it to not happen again. I’m sure he can comment on what was the cause but I do know the drains were clogged so water was backing up. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
He never came back to finish my pond. As soon as I paid in full (Stupid me), he never came back. I have never paid anyone in full before the job was done, but he told me he really wanted to pay his crew. Shame on me. I chased him for a year to no avail. He always had an exuse. I have read other reviews that say the same thing, people chasing him and always getting exuses. I should have read those reviews beforehand. He's a crook.
Allan Stubich is an amazing artist. His ponds are beyond gorgeous and his attention to detail sets him far apart from any other builder in the area.
Very satisfied with the rebuild Allen did on my back patio steps and planter. Quality work at an affordable price.
Allen and his crew recently fixed my backyard drainage issues. They did a great job knowing exactly what needed to be changed in order to fix the problem. They worked quickly and with little to no mess. We have had no issues with water runoff since the work was done. Allen takes great pride in the work he does and it shows. I look forward to working with him in the future!
