I am a current patient and I have mixed reviews. The new patient paperwork apparently did not get entered into the system correctly by me. I drove 2 1/2 hours to make my initial appointment. As the blonde short haired receptionist at the counter looked me up she was very rude and asked me why my paperwork was not filled out. I told her that I did and she rudely said, "well we don't have it so you will have to reschedule." I have had severe and chronic pain since I was a child, I’m desperate for relief and to tell this Doctor where my pain is and the first thing the doctor actually asks me is “do you eat out a lot” And proceeds to tell me to cut back on foods and drinks I don’t even eat. I get processed foods can cause inflammation and pain but I have thyroid problems that has made me gain weight and frankly difficulty affording a salad and steak dinner every night. This comes as a complaint on behalf of my mother who has been a patient for 6 years! She goes into her appointment today 5/4 and she is told out of the blue she can’t be seen today because her insurance is now requiring a referral from her primary! There was no phone call, letter, nothing giving her any notification. She was not the only one having to deal with this situation. Called today and the person on the phone was very rude. So I would never go back there. Screw you guys try being nicer when people call.

They do not care about you quality of life. You can have 20+ years of successful pain management, and they don't care to continue it, even temporarily.
