Love the doctor! But, plan on being on the phone constantly with the billing office! Not only do they bill for amounts not approved by insurance, they also don’t return calls. So unprofessional that they talk about you when they think they’ve put you on hold. Absolutely not worth the hassle! The doctor I was seeing left the facility, no doubt this was part of the reason!
If I could give a zero I would. If you are looking for answers for a chronic issue, do NOT come here. They never call you back and we drove 4 hours to see them off a recommendation, for a 10 min visit that they didn't do a thing but look on the computer. Left room having not even discussed our condition. Sent in a nurse to tell us she was done.
They cold turkey me after taking suboxone .32mg after 2 years. All because my boss dropped the ball and I lost coverage. I went into full withdrawal and they would not help without money or insurance. I had $ as well and they refused so finally I got my insurance and then another milestone presented itself. They demanded $ or no visit . Keep in mind I'm going through 10 days of withdrawal and no meds. They dropped me as a client and wrote a 2 week supply. I'll pay you guys off after I hit the lotto Karenline. Lmao
Ok, buckle up for this review. Disclaimer, I do believe that my experience is probably not the typical experience, or at least I hope not! I was referred here by my insurance company for cervical neck pain management. My first office visit was at 3pm. Loved Dr. Parks initially, he was incredible at diagnosing and looking in-depth at my scans. Fast forward several months and this place has become a nightmare. I was supposed to have an appointment to get Botox for migraines, to which they rescheduled it and then 18hours before the appointment they called me and said they didn’t have an approval from my insurance.
