Most unprofessional, vindictive group of health professionals I’ve ever encountered. They treat everyone like garbage from front desk, to the management. Never responds to negative reviews.. demand they called, when they didn’t. Lie to your face, hang up when caught in a lie. I’d lose sleep if I was in charge, or a provider there. The reputation of this place has been crappy for decades, with no improvement in sight. So thankful to get out and be referred to a more professional team of pain management professionals. Dr Balter was the only person of any value here. They got rid of him without telling me, or any of his patients! Staff purposefully misled me to believe he was still there for weeks, only to push me off on a doctor (Krejza) that blatantly didn’t care! Staff was rude and disrespectful. Horrible experience all around.
Ive been going to midwest for a few years and never had a problem with any of my providers UNTIL I saw Anna last week. She wasn't very warm or welcoming as a newer provider. She was short, her tone and attitude were horrible. Asked me why I was still going there with a smug attitude. I did not know I could go to my PC for my current rx, thought I needed to stay with MP. Doctors are excellent. So far impressed with mine very much. They are all terrific. You have to realize that the back pain in my case will never get better. Only worse. Glad to have this team taking care of me
