I would not send my worst enemy to this clinic. I have a relative that utilizes this clinic and the Dr’s don’t return calls, they force you to go through their pharmacy (or go cold turkey without medication because they won’t call your pharmacy or transfer the script away from their clinic. The Dr will leave on vacation leaving their patient hanging out in the cold with no call back, anyone else to talk to, or refilling their script. This is the 3rd pain clinic I've gone to in 2025. The exam and first meeting with doctor took a good 2 hours. He answered all questions. Explained everything. I left with a lot of hope and a solid treatment plan. My only 'con' would be that the doctor talks to me like I'm a medical student and, even thought I repeatedly told him I don't understand the words he's saying lol or to please not use medical jargon ... he still did and I gave up. Have a procedure coming up. Fingers crossed.
My very first appointment was Sept 19th with Dr.Krejza, absolutely very professional thorough, listened to my concerns and gave me great care instructions. Highly recommend seeing him for chronic pain issues. Front staff was pleasant and professional, Clinic is very accessible, good location.
Dr. Krejza and his nurse Jen are awesome. I highly recommend them for your medical needs full of information and just made you feel at home and welcome.
