Are youre looking for rudeness, unethical, incompetent service? Being treated and talked like a child? How about questionable business practices? Runarounds? Piss poor treatment? Congradulations! I hope you have a better experience. I assume the doctors are quite good, but its hard to say in less than 5 minutes intraction. THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TRY TO MAKE AN APPT. OVER 3 DAYS & NO ONE RETURNS PHONE CALLS. ON HOLD FOR 45 MINUTES THEN GET DISCONNECTED (TWICE). A BIG JOKE
My first visit to Midwest i was under w/c for a crushed ankle. I received a shot and a return to work note. Three days later i was able to receive a return to work note. The way the dr wrote the note, i lost my job due to the wording. Presently, I was in a motorcycle accident. I was not the one at fault. I had an MRI and I was told they did NOT accept 3rd party.
