RecommendedVery thorough. I was there on the first day you implemented the patient entry electronics. Took a while but thoroughly covering every aspect. Dr Nam was very nice. I came to see him at the behest of my daughter Suzanne Morrin who takes care of claims of the plumbers union dealing with hips and knees assuring me that Rush hospital Doesn’t have claims dealing with after surgery mishaps. We were contacted today by Jane at MW Ortho in regards to a surgery that was scheduled for Friday the 5th. Instead of calling with pre op instructions and a check in time we were called to collect our $3,000.00 out of pocket up front. Not only was this a punch in the face due to the dollar amount but she was rude about it. We were later informed that Dr. Kern Singh himself refused to proceed with the surgery scheduled for Friday, April 5, 2019 unless we were able to pay $3,000.00 in full on the date of service.
