I declare that Dr. Christopher J. DeWald is the best scoliosis doctor in the world, he changed my life completely, I thank God for him every day, his nurse, Anna Thiel is the best nurse ever, I recommend Rush and Dr DeWald to everyone I know, I live in Ohio and it was well worth the trip, everyone at the hospital was great also. Dr. Cole just did my knee surgery. AMZ and MPFL reconstruction. I lived over 22 years of my life with dislocated knees. I thought that I would have to live the rest of my life with my knees the way they were until the pain and arthritis would get so bad that I'd at some point need a total knee replacement. Never in my wildest dreams thought my knees could be fixed. But here I am. 12 days post op. My right knee doesn't slide out when I extend my leg!!!!! WHAT?! Been here a couple times and every time I sit in the waiting room for an hour and a half!!!!
While the surgeons are wonderful, the office check in processes are anything but desirable. After an hour wait I ask where im at....5 in front of me; I need to oucknup son in 45 min will I be out?..."probably not". More aggrevating is the response received "yeah they/he usually tuns about an hour"... to me the process is broken...scheduling, patient interaction, SOMETHING...fix it. A patients time is valuable. This is NOT the first time..and fix the indifference of the entire team
