I can't because I have a week try to do it , and they don't answer my petition.
Today I thought I had an appointment here. I'm in the Army Reserves and get my scheduling done through LHI. I got the location wrong. I was having a bad day. But that didn't stop Chrisna and George on the 4th floor! George, the supervisor, validated my parking ticket, while Chrisna let me use her phone to call LHI to get to the bottom of it. Surgeon was great . He is one of the best . I deleted my earlier comment trying to be the bigger person ---it's tough to have stuff not work out and I don't blame the surgeon at all however I'm extremely disappointed . Any surgery is a risk ....that said , this experience was the most difficult thing in my life .
I work at RUSH University Medical Center and I also take my family there. My daughter whose a travel softball pitcher and Crossfit competitor loves the doctors at RUSH. We are extremely happy that they are opening a new orthopedic facility in Munster, IN. Offering full services, including imaging and physical therapy. I highly recommend all of the RUSH doctors! My daughter has seen Dr Kern Singh and will be seeing Dr Leda Ghannad this month.
One hour waiting and I was the first appointment of the day when I scheduled 4 months ago.
Dr. George Holmes Jr, his two PA's Ali and Kristin, and his assistant/receptionist/right hand woman, Carla, are all AMAZING! They have taken such phenomenal care of my while Dr. Holmes did 3 ankle surgeries on me, I seriously consider them family. I love each of them. They are all so caring, compassionate, and sympathetic. Dr. Romeo saved my arm. I drove a long way to see him but it was worth it. I wish I went to him first. The best surgeon I have ever seen.
A thank you to Dr. Julia Bruene for taking care of my 96 year old Dad. The knee brace you prescribed made a huge difference and he is definitely more mobile now. You were kind and understanding.
Dr. Verma is the best orthopedic doc there is. But this knee injection.....ouch!
