my appointment was at 9:30am at the oak lawn location, I took half a day off work, I arrived at 9:28 to a very rude receptionist who called the doctor and insisted I have the appointment rescheduled, she called the dr right in front of me and said new patien here with no paperwork filled out so should I just reschedule? Dr. Garras did foot surgery on me in December. Wound up with a bad bad wound. I would NEVER recommend this doctor. He put me thru hell and luckily another doctor stepped in and saved my big toe. NEVER have this doctor do surgery on you. I had an IV PIIC inserted had to do 6 weeks of antibiotics. Went thru hell.
So far my hip replacement has dislocated 4 times. Idk if it was the surgeon or the replacement itself. This was done back in 2015. And I am scared to death.

I just finished physical therapy today. I highly recommend this faculty. The physical therapy staff is outstanding. Not only professional, but very understanding and patient.
Dr. Redondo replaced both my knees, totally life changing!

My son Luke saw Dr. Mayekar this week and she was absolutely phenomenal. Her bedside manner was so pleasant and professional and despite the unfortunate circumstance we were there, she was able to make him smile and laugh. Caitlyn, Amanda, and Colleen were all fantastic too. I highly recommend Midwest Orthopaedic Consultants!
