I saw Dr. Lim and Dr. Kim. While they are nice doctors, the office staff is terrible and that’s who you have to deal with 90% of the time. My care has been delayed over and over because the staff does not do their job or return phone calls. Having someone in excruciating pain and not caring or wanting to help is terrible. Trying to fight for someone to return a phone call should not take multiple days and messages. Dr. Szczodry is my doctor and he is beyond amazing! He has given so much of his time and I have never met a doctor more dedicated to his patients than him. I would recommend him to anyone having back issues, including my family. MOC is a wonderful practice and everyone there is always so helpful!!
Dr. Leonard was so wonderful. Best bedside manner and so child friendly. I highly recommend him.
