Went to Midwest Motors today to check out trucks for my husband, and ended up leaving with the perfect one. Justin was a huge help, very friendly and knowledgeable. They had a great selection. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
I wouldn't buy a single thing from these people. all they care about is the money and getting you out the door. they tell you what you want to hear until the deal is already done. they dont stand by their word. the lack of communication with them is ridiculous. you have to call 5 to.es a day to get an answer from anyone if you have a question. I can see why they have had to shut down and keep reopening under a different name so many times in the past, maybe they should close this business and stay that way.
5 Stars Midwest motors has the hardest working staff around. Art and Meg are easy to work with and truly care about customer satisfaction. Not only do they have a top notch sales crew, they have one of the best diesel mechanics around. Midwest motors is 5 star operation with a 5 star staff!
They got us back on the road when we needed it. Thanks again for your help!
