Our recent experience purchasing a truck from Midwest Motors was one of the best we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. The staff is friendly, helpful & courteous. The service department bent over backwards to be help us with a few minor issues we noticed after taking the truck home and we will have all of our service work done here! Thank you for making a stressful process seems so simple!
Over the years our family has probably bought a total of 15 vehicles from Midwest. I have always felt completely satisfied with our purchases and the buying experience, wouldn't go anywhere else for a truck! Service department is top notch! Awesome on diesels! They service all makes and models though.

Buyer Beware Horrible experience. There was some difficulties with the truck, and their service department didnt do what they promised. I was told they would do an EGR delete on my F250 and they didnt do it. However they forgot to mention that it did not get taken care of. A month later the EGR cooler cracks and costs me $400 in towing, and they would not do the EGR delete even though they failed to do it earlier and I had paid for it. Steer clear of this dealer. Their used inventory is bought at auction and pieced back together just enough to get it off their lot. If you do buy from them, take it to a trusted mechanic before purchasing. Their sales staff is sleazy and will promise the world, but when you ask for it after the ink is dried nobody remembers telling you that. Get it in writing. What a great place! – Having recently moved to Eureka, this is now the only place I will go to have care work done! To find a repair shop that is honest, friendly, very reasonable, and even remembers your name is to good to be true. I'm amazed that a place like this still exists in America! Your not a number here, but more of a friend of the Family or relative. They fix your problem with out selling you a bill of goods or unneeded repairs.

Read reviews Nov 2005...hysterical i think Midwest shouldn't write their own reviews...this should be a forum for customers and not the business to blow its own horn...at least if you are gonna use Insiderpages to rate your own business, use two different people with different enough writing styles to fool us...honestly, you guys should be ashamed...what does this say for your integrity..
Great place for used car This is a great stop if you are looking for a nice used vehicle. They are well stocked (the best in eureka) and have a lot of different varieties of vehicles available. A large section of trucks! The staff is friendly and helpful. They give you your space to make a decision you are comfortable with.
