Better communications between management and your front line team.
everyone in the fremont community every business in the fremont community gave time and donated what they could in this disaster we have. We have not seen any of your people be able to go into the community and help out like a small nebraska town does. is there a reason midwest medical wasnt allowed to go in their own home station town and help with anything? How does that make this company look when all gave some and you gave none? pathetic in my opinion.
They drove me to physical therapy on 2-28-19. The person who took me to PT was fine, however, the PT office called when I had about 20 minutes left, at 5:30 pm. We had to call 4 other times since the office closed at 6 pm. I had a therapist wait for an hour until the driver showed up at 7 pm. First time called, they were at Old Mill and 15 min out, 2nd time called, they were at 120th and Dodge and 15 min out, 3rd time called, they were at 168th and Dodge and 8 min out. We recently had to have our son transported from Hastings. While it was a scary time, JR and Kim (usually do medic air) , rode with Brennan to help transport us safely to Omaha to be in the safe hands of the neurologist. Thank you for your excellent care. And a big thank you for the bear, my son loves it and thanks for the hug Kim.
