having trouble with a shipment , emailed , no response , called , answer machine was on , left msg, messaged via facebook , they turned answer machine off but stated my problem was not their problem and blamed others , refused to contact USPS for me despite explaining i could not as i am not US based , explained how last time sat in one spot for so long it never arrived , not their problem , explained my concerns , not their problem , reading now how many non US customers dont get their stuff and nothing is done as , it wont... read more

Great people with great service. Fast delivery time neatly packed would send anyone here.
It is not necessary to use the services of this shop. I made a reservation there. Order was sent only three weeks after payment. But in the end lost in the mail. I have not received any money back or my order. All-just two carbon plates for knife handles. Customer Service refused to consider my claim. Do not recommend here order!
