This guy was super unprofessional. He was constantly screaming at kids, bragging about banning kids to parents, and on a crazy power trip.

This man has absolutely no business being around children. He was screaming at kids in the bounce house, had a terrible attitude, and was downright rude the entire time. Instead of making the event fun, he was power-tripping—yelling, banning kids, and ruining the experience at what should have been a joyful, family-friendly Labor Day festival. It was unacceptable and honestly embarrassing for the company. I truly hope we never see this company—or this employee—running children’s activities here again.

Absolutely horrible and rude and mean. The “owner guy” was rude mean and yelling at his workers and then at kids. One worker held a kid back by his shirt while squeezing him and yelling at him (he’s 3) workers were in their phones not paying attention the. Yelling at kids. It was supposed to be a family fun Labor Day weekend and it wasn’t was making kids cry and kicking them out and telling off parents. Absolutely do not let them anywhere near my kids and their friends again

I would not have these at a community event. The inflatables are nice but the people hired to work them do not know how to speak to excited 5 and 6 year old kids. We as parents understand the need for kids to get through in a timely manner but to ban a 6 year old for holding up the line one time without talking to them about it is sick.
