Yeah don't let this guy touch your roof. Hopefully he's out of business as he doesn't return calls or texts. He replaced my roof and I knew at the time they did a poor job, didn't caulk around vents (another roofer ended up doing). Biggest thing I'm trying to track down is a leak that has slowly destroyed a bathroom ceiling. No help or service from him. It's a shame you have dudes like him running around Ames selling roof installations.

Gian and his crew responded to a time-sensitive project of wrapping my house with siding and replacing my roof with efficiency and great communication throughout!

They replaced my roof last fall and it looks good and got us through the winter fine. However, this spring there is a small leak around one of the plumbing vents. Not a huge deal, I can just call them up and they can seal it up for me right? Apparently not. I've now tried calling about 6 times and sent several voice and text messages across three days but have received no response at all. It seems like they do not stand behind their work and that all customer service ends the moment you pay them.

I don’t understand why my once insurance agent. That went into the roofing business for the fast money that can be made off of storm damage. Says he has 30 plus years experience. So if he’s not honest about his The spirits in the business. Will he be there for you if you have a problem with the job you hired him to do. I had a problem with a job he did for me.
