Just had my hot water heater replaced today. Tech came out when he said he would be there and was super efficient. He also let my dog assist him with the task. I was dreading this chore and I'm so relieved now. He said my old one was living on borrowed time. Also helps that the pricing was the best I've found! Highly recommended.
Great company! Customer service is great and replies very quickly. James and his father took time to come to our house to check out what would be best to install. They both sat around our kitchen table and talked about options and pricing as if we were family. Our technician systematically troubleshooted the problem that was occurring with our air conditioning unit, even though there seemed to be no damaged with wiring and age of the unit was not an issue. The issue was resolved at the end of the day, thank you for your patience and service.
