Excellent They were excellent. The quality of work that has been done has been fantastic. I have had them back a few times since the first time.
Perfect service They installed a humidifier for us. They were able to get the appointment scheduled right away. The whole staff was very friendly and helpful and the technician showed up right on time and was great.
Went above and beyond The installers did a good job of installing the equipment. They offered an option on the installation orientation of the outdoor unit and made a couple of minor unplanned improvements/fixes to our ductwork.
Exceeding Expectations The technician from Midwest Heating Cooling & Plumbing went above and beyond his duties. He was asked to come for just a service call, but took the initiative to clean my condenser coils as well.
Professional and Neat Everything was professionally done and the tech's were neat with their work. There was no mess left behind whatsoever.
Great Experience I asked many questions about the new heating system I was purchasing and they were thoroughly explained by the sales team at Midwest Heating Cooling & Plumbing. They insured me that what I was purchasing was the righ unit for my home for the right price.
Honest & Trustworthy They are honest and trustworthy. We contacted them because we thought we needed a new humidifier. The technician from Midwest Heating inspected our old one first and found that it just needed a few minor repairs and wouldn't need to be replaced. He also took the time to fix a few minor furnace problems he noticed while there as well.
Great Business I would not hesitate one bit to recommend Midwest Heating Cooling & Plumbing to family and friends. They are a great business to work with.
