Incredibly disappointed by the rudeness and unprofessionalism I experienced over the phone with their front desk staff. As someone who also works in cardiac care, I expected at least basic courtesy and mutual respect, not being laughed at, spoken over, or hung up on mid-conversation. Healthcare should be collaborative, not condescending. This kind of behaviour has no place in a patient-focused environment. We all work in cardiac care. I rang for a very simple question to see if we can use a certain gadget with a pacemaker ...simple yes or no and the women was so rude saying I cant help you and we only take appointments. Go back to the company or doctor who put the implant in. I said it was years ago and I could not recall and if you could put me through to a cardiologist. She said no again make an appointment .... rude, uneducated and had no care about helping me. AVOID at all costs

Silly un updated website is stating 2021 cvid protocol. Any venue that discriminates againest vax status should be boycott. Not even worth appointments. Update your mind people it's 2022.
