I made an appointment as a new patient. I was experiencing pain in my left foot. The receptionist told me that she had checked my supplemental insurance 'in her system', and that our supplemental insurance was 'inactive'. I left the office without receiving the care that I needed, and contacted my supplemental insurance, which verified that my insurance is and has been fully active since May of 2025.
