I have multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia and anxiety. Floating helps me manage my anxiety and takes the edge off of my pain. Adding a sauna session before each float helps make the float even better as the heat loosens up my muscles (I sometimes do a pain relief program and sometimes weight loss or detox). I have recommended Midwest float countless times and I love hearing about others experiences! The owners are so helpful and passionate, it’s truly a Topeka gem.

soooo relaxing!!! affordable to do, we love this place. great service, usually, if you have a appointment, they warm the sauna ahead of time so it's really nice and super hot. love that!!!
