Awesome experience. I like to start off with 30 minutes in the sauna followed by an hour in one of the larger tanks. So relaxing.

Great Staff & facilities. Flotation therapy has done wonders for my PTSD. I highly recommend it for anyone dealing with Depression,Anxiety or PTSD.
Floating is an experience I never knew I needed in my life. It's surreal and beneficial to my life in so many ways. I'm so happy I listened to friends and their recommendations.
While I have not been in the pod/cabin myself, my son loves it. He has ADHD and anxiety and that hour allows him to recharge. I would recommend for anyone.
I love this place!! I'm 2 hours away, but when I'm in Topeka again, I'm going to make another visit! So relaxing, gets rid of muscle pain. ❤
