I LOVE Midwest Eye Consultants! Every single person there seems to really care about their patients. And I love working there! It’s a blessing to be able to work with such amazing and joyful folks! We are all just like a family. That’s what I love about them.
My son loves going to the eye Dr here. He has gone there for 6 yrs and they always make us feel so welcome. Dr Unger is the best.
I love Dr worth, but the wait at every appointment is horrible. Wait for receptionist, then check in nurse, then doctor, then glasses section, then checkout. I spend 20 minutes with the doctor and 2 hours at the office. It's ridiculous. Sad because I'm such a fan of Dr. Worth and the staff are all nice.
Love my eye doctor! But the office itself not so much. I’ve never had a phone call returned and am always given some excuse about their phone system. And it seems like every time I’m in there’s a problem with the computer so I have to wait or they can’t look up my insurance or something. Kinda bummed since like I said- I do love my actual doctor. The office needs to work on their service part.
They are very helpful. The staff is outstanding. And there was one staff who was just amnazing. Her name is Connie I believe she took her time with all 4 of my children and was so nice and gentle with them.
This place is awesome!!! Friendly, clean, fun and very helpful!!! The nicest employees I have ever encountered in a Dr.'s office!
