The eye doctors are amazing but when it comes to the billing they are crooks. They say they will take of things then they don't. You will receive a bill for services months later because they are incompetent in running it through your insurance. I paid my balance once and now I'm still receiving bills and they have no records. So now I'm stuck with paying it again because they can't do the insurance billing correct. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The eye doctor Samantha was amazing !!!! Also the lady that gave us our glasses was fabulous she even played with my 2 year old !!!! Very kid friendly place my 2 year old has an appointment coming up and I’m super excited 😊

Just got off phone call number 3 disputing a bill. It basically comes down to the staff didn’t do their job and now we owe money. Imagine that. Staff openly told me they missed a few things, but there’s nothing they can do besides offer us a payment plan. My suggestion: if you choose to visit Midwest know EXACTLY what your insurance covers and have it in writing before going in. Because staff does not know how to look at your record or read insurance forms.
Great eye wear selection and they really take the time to look at your eye health during your exam. Friendly staff who are very helpful when it is time to select your glasses. The facility is clean and pretty! I highly recommend.
