Went in for my eye appointment on Aug 17th. I ordered a set of replacement lenses for my current frames as well as a new set of frames and lenses. I was told they’d be here in two weeks. Two weeks was two days ago. I called Monday and asked of my lenses and frames were in and I was told “no, they’re not in yet. We’ll call you when they’re in.” Today I was told that my lenses are on back order. Apparently they’d known this for a while now and no one bothered to tell me. Extremely inefficient staff, extremely rude doctor, lab broke reading glasses while trying to straighten them & then broke the replacement pair.
