They were not up front about charges. My daughter was unable to get a note for school. If you have a policy about no notes without seeing the doctor when you pick up glasses it should be posted or told to parents making appointments. The manager was rude and lied to us. Telling someone that the schools have requested that notes not be sent with kids unless they see the doctor isn’t true with my daughters school. I verified it with the school. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful! The Dr was very informative and took his time explaining and listening. Shannon was a great help with the frame selection process, she rocked!
