Nice people. Poor communication. Never return calls. They never have anything in stock and have forgotten ordering my contacts every time I have placed an order.
Screw this place! I am so sick and tired of them always rescheduling me and my fiancé EVERY SINGLE TIME we make an appointment! It wouldn’t be so bad but they schedule my appointment 3-5 months out and then when they reschedule it’s another 3-5 months out. I liked the atmosphere the only thing is I wish you could look at the frames on your own to decide what you like best - they pick a variety out for you and don’t give you really a chance to decide on your own from their full selection

Was looking for a new eye dr but after my experience with one of the docs from this group I will continue my search... I would expect a more holistic stance on a life saving vaccine from a Doctor. I guess not everyone is worth saving, per DO Jodi Walters.
staff are very polite and helpful. Eye doctor gives you options when it comes to some eye issues.
The eye doctors are amazing but when it comes to the billing they are crooks. They say they will take of things then they don't. You will receive a bill for services months later because they are incompetent in running it through your insurance. I paid my balance once and now I'm still receiving bills and they have no records. So now I'm stuck with paying it again because they can't do the insurance billing correct. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
