If I could give zero stars I would. I am telling every single person I know NOT to work with this company. I worked with a lending agent during the process of trying to purchase my first home. I did everything he asked, I provided documents in a very timely manner (within a couple minutes to a couple hours in most cases), provided all the information he needed, and answered any questions he had with complete honesty. Steve ******* at Midwest Equity Mortgage helped my wife and I buy our first home. We were pre-approved for a mortgage from Midwest Equity Mortgage and another institution; however, we decided to go with Midwest Equity and Steve for the actual loan because of the amazing customer service we received.
