I tried to refinance my home with 3 company's, this was the 3rd company I went with. I got my loan, from my first phone call to closing date in less then a month. Comparing this firm from others, there staff was very easy to understand, very responsive and could not even critique there process at all. I am also someone that handles clients on a regular basis, and there service is unparallel. Also offer a free appraisals, compared to spending $500 for appraisals from other company's. This was my second experiance financing with Mike.It could not have gone any better,just like the first time.Mike and his staff were extremely professional,friendly and efficiant as the process was quick and painless.At 57,I've done my share of home financing and have had many agonizing,drawn out battles with other financial institutions.This has been by far my best experience and highly recommend Mike and his team.
