The day I locked, ******* **** called me to see how they could earn my business... they had a manager come on the phone to talk to me... when I told them the rate I just locked, she put me on hold, came back and told me that rate wasn't possible and I should be leary that there will be points and/or fees... Steve was incredibly easy to work with and completely upfront with everything to do with the loan. We have had many houses over the years and this was the easiest one yet. Keep in mind this was a jumbo loan that our local highest rated mortgage broker took a crack at and gave up after three months. Steve had it closed in three weeks without any surprises and a better rate than what was locked in than our other broker.
