Absolutely terrible company. The *** ************************* needs to be criminally charged for the treatment and downfall of this company. Borrowers and Clients, pull your loans NOW. They are NOT going to fund. And they effectively have NO MONEY to pay people out. The company is folding. The laid off 98% of their staff 2/13/2023 and are not paying final paychecks or severance.Do not do business with this company. Or *************************

Worse experience I have ever had with a refi. Communication was great in the beginning and then nothing. Had to send a complaint to the company to get someone to respond. He said he have my loan officer call. Loan officer did call and was trying to get approval for something I would have never agreed to and he call me back Friday. Well several Fridays have come and gone and no updates. I hate leaving negative reviews but unfortunately this company will waste your time. My loan officer didn't have a team backing him up so cli... read more

I had a horrible experience with *************************** in ********* ( ************************* Group). I submitted all of my documentation and received an approval letter. Upon receiving our letter, I spent several thousand on travel to pick out our home. I purchased a home inspection on the dream home we found and put down 10k down of ******* money as we opened escrow. 2 weeks before our closing date, ***** ghosted everyone! There was no communication to me, the listing agent, or my agent. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I was ... read more

Worst company ever. Liars and very disrespectful. This company is absolutely useless. After you fire them for their negligence they won't release your loan to another company. Very high fees.

We refinanced our home and our new lender was Celebrity. Before our first payment was even due Celebrity sold us to another lender. Celebrity is supposed to send us a letter with at least 15 days notice of this. They did not. Our 1st payment was supposed to be Dec 1st 2021 and as o11/16/2021 still have not received a letter. The new lender has not heard of us and the loan number Celebrity gave us is not recognized by the new lender as of today.I think they are pocketing the 1st mortgage payment, For all, I know my 1st paymen... read more

Business response:

We apologize for any confusion and/or frustration about the mortgage payments, due dates, and loan servicing. Celebrity has not sold the loan in question at this time. The payments are due to Celebrity Home Loans, and the first payment due date was December 1, 2021. This is defined within the Note, which was signed at closing. This was also disclosed on the First Payment Letter, also signed at closing. This was then confirmed via e-mail of the 12-01-2021 payment coupon sent to **************** on Tuesday, November 16, 2021. ... read more

Recently worked with ********************* and his team and do not recommend them. They are very dishonest and deceitful. We were told out first year of home insurance would be covered by them, but we were lied to. They didn't cover anything they just worked it into our closing costs. Will never do businesses with them again.

If I had never met any of these individuals within this company, my life would have been better off.! My loan process with this company was unstructured, mismanaged, and extremely arduous. My loan officer was highly unknowledgeable of all things loans. **** **** provided misinformation that contradicted what the loan processor *** ****** advised. *** ****** was highly unprofessional herself. **** **** accidentally forwarded an email to me from ***. Let me say the email was offensive and unprofessional. After complaining abou... read more

WOW! The worst experience ever!!! I contacted them back in December of 2020 and went through a rigorous and complicated system of sending them numerous times my credentials! Wen I look back I sent them my bank account, pay stubs, and credit reports about 10 times no joke only to receive disclosers that was not updated. I was told not to pay my existing mortgage since we are closing and after numerous calls and no call backs, the closing dates did not go through! I then paid down some of my credit cards to bring up my credit ... read more
