My daughter is a patient of Dr Todd, who she has received excellent care. But, Ann deserves 5 stars. Her willingness to listen to me, as a parent, is top notch! She has helped me coordinate a procedure with another provider. Ann takes my concerns to heart and helps my daughter receive excellent care:) Thank you Dr Todd & Ann!
The receptionist was so rude when I was checking in. I was trying to explain about my daughter's referral and she kept interrupting me and trying to talk over me. The nurse that took us back to the room wasn't that great either. She seemed very impatient with my daughter. Not a very kid friendly place. On the other hand, I loved her doctor. He was very friendly and through. Dr. K and his nurse Sara were awesome.
My son had tubes put in last week. And I had to call the on call Dr and Dr Todd called me right back. I had to call tonight because his ear is bleeding and the on call Dr called me within 8 minutes. And said that he would leave a note for Dr Todd's nurse. The staff is wonderful and so caring!!! As a Momma to a 16 month old I greatly appreciate it!!!
Waste of my time! Already knew had some hearing loss!
Nothing but great things to say about Dr. Kasznica and Sarah. They put my husband at ease explained everything thoroughly and even took us out to the desk to show us our ultrasound results because the computer wouldn't load in the room. It was our first experience there and from the front registration staff to the physician we couldn't have asked for more
Super nice, kind people, very professional. Dr. Tamura was very nice.
