Not a very friendly atmosphere !
Dr was great. Nice office. Am never going back. Why? Billing practices. Received past due letter. Said they hadn't rec'd any pymts. I've made two. Dollar amount on letter was almost twice what my monthly statement said. They included last charge - which I had not been invoiced for yet and had not rec'd EOB yet either. Called billing. No apologies for incorrect letter. Said money is due. Is physician policy. Found comment interesting as tells me a lot about physicians here. Services are rather expensive. Revenue based. Handles my son’s sinus problems and bloody noses excellently. I appreciate all the staff.
The billing department was a bully to me. I was paying a good chunk of money each month and they said they would send me to collections. I ended up going a month without buying groceries, because I had to pay the bill right away. They never solved my sinus issues. I was put on antibiotics in September through another clinic for strep and that cleared up my sinus so I had a sinus infection the whole time. They never figured that out.
