I felt the doctor was a bit arrogant and did not care what I was saying. The nurse was just plain rude. I was there for an hour and a half and was crying almost the whole time in so much pain and not one person offered me a tissue or seemed to care. This is solely my opinion!
Dr Hertenstein is amazing along with his staff. Make you feel very comfortable & relaxed. Goes above & beyond for you.
Everyone very nice/friendly. Love my Doc: Dr. Hendricker. Would highly recommend.
