I made an appointment with these people at the Mooresville office. I clearly told them I had Medicare and did not want to make the appointment if I would end up paying extra for the visit. I was assured I would not be billed anything. Upon arrival, I again ask about Medicare and having to pay for the visit, again I was told I would not be billed. 15 days later, I get a bill for $120 for my part of the visit.
