Nice tech did my cleaning and she was very considerate that I was so scared of the dentist. Really appreciate her.
Staff made me feel right at home. I am Avery normally very nervous when going to the dentist. But the staff put my worries to ease. Answered all my questions and gave me options for expense on my procedures. I am glad I have them for a dentist office.

I have gone to Forum Dental, for years. They are always so friendly, and caring. The service is second to none. On my last visit, I happened to get Nichole. It was her first day. She was super nice, and very professional. Their entire staff, makes you feel like family. I highly recommend Forum Dental !
