I have had my teeth cleaned twice at Forum Dental and really appreciated the care that the hygienist has taken. I have never had such a thorough job done. My teeth were squeaky clean when I left the office.

Having visited this Dentist's office for the first time, I must say I was pleasantly surprised with its friendly environment and attentiveness of its persona towards me as their first-time patient. The staff was intelligent, understanding, and benevolent. I was greatly impressed with Dr. Johnsen, specifically, being very sympathetic, involved, and determined to have all my concerns addressed and needs met.
