I have been with River Prairie for a 2.5 years now...I started at this location 20+ years ago...when it was owned by the original dentist (Dr. Grayson) I stayed after he left and had experienced other dentists that came to that same location. SMILES! I have had great experiences with River Prairie Dental. The staff is exceptional with helping with financing and getting you in for an appt that works for you. The staff is wonderful. They listened to my concerns and assisted me in choosing the right procedure for me.
They are always able to work around my busy schedule and are very friendly. After I have anything done they always call to make sure everything is going good. A wonderful place to go.
I was looking for a dentist in Eau Claire and just happened to go here because it was by my house. I'm not going to another dentist in Eau Claire, they have been absolutely great. I'm getting married this fall so they gave me and my fiancé free whitening kits. On top of that, my fiancé went in for a regular check up and they noticed a chip on her front tooth. Dr. Metropulos and his staff are the best. They are personable, friendly, and very welcoming. I couldn't be prouder of the dental services I receive when I go for my cleanings. I've never once been disappointed.
We love going to River Prairie Dental. The staff is awesome and very friendly. They are approachable for asking questions or stating concerns. Our young children love going to the dentist! They are also very accommodating for scheduling appointments, payments, and other arrangements. We're glad to have our family going to one location so that the staff really gets to know our family history. Highly recommend River Prairie Dental!
