Midwest Custom Concepts' new location has been open for about two weeks now. I am bummed that they still don't have their audio area put together. This wouldn't be so bad but I feel like their customer service isn't that great. I've been in there twice and unless I go up to somebody, I won't receive much help. I've heard good things about Midwest Custom Concepts but I must say, I'm disappointed.
Excellent customer service! I got speakers installed in my car there and they helped me pick the right ones and then installed them very quickly for me. I'm very happy I went to Midwest Custom Concepts over going somewhere else!
