Extremely hard to use 21st century tech to communicate with them. I asked about window tint two months ago and never got a response. Was told today that a call would be best. Not sure how it’s hard to read a well laid out set of questions and then respond to each. I asked how much for tint on sides and back. RecommendedGot me in same day for a radio install and was able to get a rearview camera and sub installed. Did a great job getting me what I needed and didn't try to sell me on stuff I didn't. Also did a good job explaining how to maximize and use my equipment.
Brian and his staff are very helpful. Their prices are right in-line with anything you would order online, but they’ll also install it for a reasonable price. I’ve had them work on multiple vehicles for my wife and I (car starters to hitches). They’ve always been upfront and proud of what they sell, not to mention you’re supporting small local business. Had a remote start put in my Tahoe, and have had continuous problems since it was installed. Have taken it back numerous times to have it fixed. The last time I attempted to have it fixed I was given the run around about not having time to look at it. Finally talked to a guy that told me to bring it in, I arrived 20 minutes later, once there I find out that guy was on break and someone else told me a would have to call and set up an appointment, and refused to listen to the problem.
