The customer service is not good at all. We test drove this vehicle which was average and then we test drove a 2003 Lexus truck that was piece of crap(shocks or struts) were completely gone in the back.
Car was not there when I went the first time. Salesperson did not know where or why. Second trip there proved to be a waste, car was at a tire dealer, they went and picked it up, however when it came back there were several cosmetic problems. Overall professionalism of the dealership is lacking. Fits the mold of the stereotypical used car dealership.
