Boone called immediately! He offered help with the purchase. He sent pictures of the car including imperfections. He had the imperfections corrected. He sent papers by FEDEX twice and arranged shipment of the Acura MDX to Huntsville, AL. He followed up on arrangements. Boone is the best sales representative I have ever dealt with! He is a true customer focused salesman!
