They are awesome. Very thorough and informative, great customer service and they have a ‘frequent flyer’ type program where you sign up for a year or two and receive discounts on certain devices. Very proactive. Love their incentives too! Like the chance to win a grill - my favorite thing to grill is steak!
I love this shop! its amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure that your car is able to be driven and performing back on the road in no time! You will feel their confidence as they tell you what you car needs and I they give you the truth straight up about how important it is to address certain things more than others. They really pay attention to detail and have a FREE shuttle service which comes at a VERY great convenience to me as a customer who gets work done that can take lots of time.

We all know when your car has an issue it is one of the most dreadful things, but having only lived in the area for a little over a year I couldn't be happier to have found them. They actually make you feel at ease, explain everything clearly and give you the option of what you want to be done and don't talk down to you if you don't know anything about cars. I went there today to redeem my free oil change coupon. When I say I was WOWED by their customer service is an understatement. I came their on a flat tire... they put the donut on free of charge. My front and rear bumpers were both hanging ( the damage was not my fault) they put then back on free of charge. The mechanic cane2 and spoke to me about what he found during the inspection. One of the things they found was my tail lights were out, they replaced the bulbs at a reasonable cost. He could have easily took the more expe... read more

Been here twice so far and customer service is always on point. Always very open about repairs and service. I would definitely recommend for northwest Indiana area.
