Spent $900 to get my car to pass emissions then while on my way to Emissions Center in Portage Check Engine light came on and they said my previous work was not warranted under them and had to come up with another $900 to fix it Midwest Auto Care and Transmission will rip you off and avoid them at all cost go to Accurate Emission Clinic in Gary, IN.

I love the pickup and dropoff service! Midwest Auto takes great care of their customers.
They did not repair my mothers car they lied to me and my mom and charged her for work THEY DID NOT DO now saying there is another leak but on their paper work it showed they checked for leaks trying to charge her again. Do not waste your time going to this place!

Super friendly staff! Customer service is definitely their main priority; they even picked up and dropped off our vehicle (to maintain social distancing). We appreciated their communication, along with their service, and will be using their shop if needed in the future!
they rebuilt my transfer case of my 07 Mercury Milan and it still leaks fluid out the valve on top can't get ahold of anybody no responses no nothing $1,800 for nothing
The first word that comes to mind, is honest!! They are professional and kind. My SUV is running smooth 😀 they have a very clean environment and I will recommend to all.
