I had my exhaust checked and was told I needed to replace mufflers. After I got them, I called for an appointment and was told they would need it about an hour. My appointment was for 12:30. I arrived at 12:21. I asked to be taken to ********* to wait because I have some problems. I finally called them at 2:20 and was told they were just getting to it a lift was down. I am sorry for any inconvenience that we caused.We did have a lift issue that put us behind and also we told her we had to let the car cool down before we could work on it being that we would be working on the exhaust.We were very busy that day and we get behind just like every other retail business but we always try to accommodate our customers as best we can.
they started out with good service and then it went downhill took my car for temp gauge issue dropping to zero they fixed it and it lasted 2 weeks took it back the fix lasted 4 weeks. I DID NOT GO BACK A THIRD TIME. and since they couldn't fix it I ended up having to replace the fan assembly, since it was working overtime to keep it cooled down. it broke I replaced the thermostat myself and the temp gauge issue is fixed.
