I had an appointment on Friday 2/20/26 I had a statement showing a balance due of $61 for a cleaning. I give the lady my card. I repeat $61 is what I owed confimed by her. No receipt! Given. Later that evening I checked my account. $122 charged without my consent. The statement in the mail $62. Yet no one called & said one thing! I called smart mouth supervisor! I went in for an implant solution consultation… I met up with Ana Maria I believe she’s the consultant and the dentist… they couldn’t have made me feel any more comfortable…. Ana Maria was great she was empathetic to my situation and she was very friendly and informative, honestly she has a good vibe and energy to her , I don’t recall the dentist name but I didn’t feel at all intimidated or nervous with him… overall just from the consultation I can tell that this is a great place

I needed emergency assistance and they got me in right away. The staff was very slilled , polite and helpful.
